Our policies
Updated Policy 2023: A deposit is required to secure any appointment made in the salon. You can book an appointment online via our website, over the phone by way of card payment or in the salon via cash/card. If you cannon secure your appointment with a deposit, we accommodate walk-ins, but this is subject to availability on the day.
Your deposit is transferable to another appointment should you make these changes at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not adhere to our 48 hours cancellation policy, this will result in a complete loss of of your deposit and you will be required to pay another deposit if you wish to book a new appointment.
If you have booked your appointment online and do not show up to this appointment failing to notify the salon, our booking system reserves the right to charge your card for the full service as per the terms and conditions you agree when you book.
Late arrivals: If for any reason you are running late for your appointment, you must call the salon to let us know. We work hard to schedule the right time for each appointment and accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other client visiting that date. Lateness of 30 minutes or more may result in us being unable to perform your services, loss of your deposit, and you will be required to pay another deposit should you wish to make a new appointment.
